Leadership coaching

My leadership coaching guides deep personal development through the identification of clear purpose and measurable objectives, and is delivered via a highly practical program, customized for each client. You deepen your ways of being in order to source new responses to the challenges you face, and patterns you identify in your own cadence. Together, we build on your strengths and uniqueness and work through shadow, limiting beliefs, and habits. The approach is deeply holistic, working across cognitive, emotional, and physical dimensions.

Development should be a continuous process for leaders and their teams.

In addition to individual and group coaching, I offer customized programs to help your organization learn and grow with you, including workshops, team events, and related training to foster a culture aligned with your leadership style and organizational ambitions. Lecture material and activities are designed to inspire and inform collaboration on subjects related to culture, mission, values, and impact.

  • Generally speaking, mentors give you advice based on their own experience. Coaches use powerful questions and deep listening to help you turn inward, so you can use the confidence, wisdom, and intuition you already possess to change your life. Using my training as an Integral Coach, I’ll help you tune into what you really want, guide you past your self-limiting beliefs, and support you every step along the way. I do have significant experience in building and managing teams, influencing organizational cultures, and building progressive organisations. So I'll offer my ideas when they feel relevant. You're always at choice on how to move forward.

  • I’m an Integral Coach, trained with pioneering and well reputed New Ventures West, based in California and with several international hubs as well. I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation and am constantly learning, with a focus on embodied leadership, family systems and current neuroscience. And I definitely walk the talk, working with my own coaches and trainers and living a generative holistic lifestyle infused with purpose, vitality and connection.

    I bring two decades of experience working at the heart of building conscious and progressive businesses, and supporting their communities. My broader business experience ranges from management consulting for global international companies to founding, growing and running two successful 50+ person companies. I have also worked as an investor, advisor and mentor to a wide range of organizations, and taught entrepreneurship to MBAs and in grass-roots settings alike.

  • We start with a chemistry call to make sure the mutual fit is there. Following this, I conduct a deep intake meeting and undertake an assessment to design a custom program for you with wide ranging activities and elements to enable your development. In the ongoing 3-4 month (minimum) of weekly then bi-weekly meetings, we review progress, challenges and revise the program and its elements as needed.

  • Yes. Agreeing to undertake the program elements is a key part of the work. In this way, you are actively deepening your self-awareness and taking the time to observe, and self-reflect as well as undertake activities to support and embody your new ways of being.

  • We start with a program that is about four months together, and take it from there. Generally my clients renew after this for 3-6 month periods, or on a month to month basis. It takes time to make this kind of deep and lasting change. Usually we’ll meet for 2-3 hours each month, on average every two weeks. Coaching conversations are held by phone or video call. We can stay in touch by email or text between our conversations to support your growth. The activities committed to in your development program might take 30 minutes a day, up to 3-4 hours per week.
